Ed is a licensed pilot, published author, holds a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and Kickboxing and holds two certificates of Military achievement for Underwater Diving and Firefighting. Ed has certain lifetime investment designations, and is a former Bond, Option, Currency, Futures, and Equity trader/broker. Ed's broadbased knowledge within the debt and equity markets worldwide can be utilized to help predict trends in real estate and interest rates.
